C.L.I.C.K. developed and created this website to assist the socially disenfranchised or disadvantaged individual in litigating their issues in Federal and State courts.

Despicable would be my word choice, if the facts as presented hold true and given the lack of diversity in this institution I have no reason to believe they are not!
