University Park man guilty of 2nd-degree murder - Chicago Tribune
A 69-year-old University Park man thought he had the law behind him when he fatally shot a 23-year-old neighbor whose puppy urinated on his manicured lawn, but on Friday a Will County jury disagreed, finding him guilty of second-degree murder.
This man and his attorney believe he should get probation because he gave a reason for killing someone. This is outrageous. Our society is going to hell in a hand basket. No is responsible for their behavior.
