The ethics trial for Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) has been set for Nov. 15, followed by the ethics trial of Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), which will start Nov. 29, according to a statement from House ethics Chairwoman Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.).
