Pre-conference workshop: Parity 101 
Parity 101 will be offered as a pre-conference workshop from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. on September 15, 2010, day 1 of the IADDA conference. During this workshop, leading parity and healthcare reform expert, Patrick Gauthier of Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) will explore how the MHPAEA relates to addiction treatment providers and the opportunities the act provides to bill third party payers and enhance revenue streams by expanding business in a commercial managed care marketplace.
 
This workshop is a condensed presentation of the workshop IADDA sponsored in February and is designed for first-time participants and as a refresher for those who attended the February workshop.

Conference Plenary on Healthcare Reform, Parity and Systems Transformation
