Charges have been dismissed against Robert Blagojevich, the brother of Rod Blagojevich. Also on Thursday, two public defenders were appointed to the former governor's defense team for his re-trial.

The Federal Government still wins. A criminal enterprise generally pays all fees and costs of their litigation. Whenever the government brings a criminal case against an individual, company or enterprise they are in a win-win situation. The individual, company or enterprise may not go to jail, but the monies they spend in litigation cost is generally the monies they took in from the criminal activities. The Feds win. This is our system of justice.
