In fact, Obama's D-Day commemorations mirror the Bush administration's; both commemorated D-Day on significant anniversaries but not annually. Read More Varney contradicts private analysts, economists with claim that stimulus failed Fox business analyst Stuart Varney claimed -- without evidence -- that President Obama's Recovery Act was "wasted money" and that it "did not produce jobs." However, Varney's statement stands in stark contrast to that of prominent private analysts and economists who estimate that the stimulus has in fact aided economic recovery. In fact, Obama acted swiftly to provide federal aid to the area and won praise from Tennessee Governor (and former Mayor of Nashville) Phil Bredesen.  Read More Karl Rove doesn't shoot straight in addressing Obama's oil spill response Criticizing President Obama's response to the Gulf oil spill, Karl Rove said Obama "should have shot straight" and acknowledged that the "only sure way" to stop the spill was to drill relief wells. In fact, Obama has repeatedly offered very similar comments about the spill. Read More Glenn Beck promotes book rife with anti-Semitism and racism Glenn Beck promoted The Red Network: A "Who's Who" and Handbook of Radicalism for Patriots, stating that the book is "from people who were doing what we're doing now. We now are documenting who all of these people are." However, the book's author, Elizabeth Dilling, was a virulent anti-Semite, and The Red Network itself contains numerous passages that espouse anti-Semitism and racism.
