University Of Chicago Medical Center To Close Women's Health Center - cbs2chicago.com: "The University of Chicago Medical Center is planning to close a women's clinic that serves thousands of people a year.
Next month, the U of C will close the Women's Health Center, located on 47th Street near Woodlawn Avenue away from the main hospital campus.
The move comes as part of the U of C's efforts to scale back direct aid to the poor because of cost concerns."
