This appointment will solve the problems for EEOC. It will probably only heighten the attention for gay rights. It will not solve the problems of EEOC attending to 1% of all claims. EEOC claims to be understaffed. See my writing about EEOC addressed to President Obama. President Obama did not comtemplate changing the heirarchy of EEOC when I wrote talking about how 99% of claims with EEOC were being ignored. What do you think?
